Credits never expire and there is nothing to cancel. You buy a pack once, and whatever you do not use is still there for your next study — including next year.

You can buy another pack at any point and the credits are added to your balance; the widget keeps working in the survey you already have live. Nothing needs to be republished.

You need a plan that lets you add custom JavaScript to a survey — that is how the widget gets in. On QuestionPro that means an edition with JavaScript Logic. If you are unsure, send us the platform and edition you are on and we will tell you before you buy.
