Voice Capture is built by Genius Labs AI, founded by Jorge Rosales. We make software for market research teams — and we field research ourselves, which is where the numbers published on this site come from.
Voice Capture is one of several tools we build for insights teams: Survey Coder Pro, which codes open-ended answers automatically; InsightGenius, which runs statistical analysis on SPSS files; a parsing layer that turns research decks into structured data; and the follow-up engine that asks AI probing questions inside a live survey. Voice Capture sits at the start of that chain — it is the part that gets a respondent talking in the first place.
We did not build another survey tool. Voice Capture drops into the survey you already run — Alchemer and QuestionPro today — as a snippet you paste into a question. Your questionnaire, your logic, your quotas and your panel stay exactly where they are. The only thing that changes is that the open-end now has a microphone button next to the text box.
That is a deliberate choice, not a limitation. Asking a team to rebuild a live study somewhere else is the cost that kills a good idea before anyone gets to test it — and the study that would have proved the point never goes to field.
See the integrationsThe figures on this site come from real studies run through the product — brand tracking and customer experience work in Latin America — not from a vendor benchmark or someone else's white paper. That is also why they are smaller and less flattering than the numbers this site used to publish: they are counted rather than claimed.
We do not publish client or study names, ever. What we do publish is the arithmetic: how many responses, the means and the medians, the like-for-like check question by question, what was excluded and why, and the things this data simply cannot measure.
